Kickboxing - "Commit To Be Fit"

I just signed up for a very intense kickboxing program. It is a six week course called “commit to be fit”. The program requires training 5 days a week including kickboxing/aerobic conditioning, core strength training and a strict nutrition program. All of these should help make for a more fit and energized me! I actually took some classes last year and fell in love with kickboxing….I am excited to get started again!
Kickboxing fitness has been proven to be one of the best total body workouts you can find. However, there are many variations of Kickboxing programs, most are only focused on low impact aerobic activity and do not actually teach you Martial Arts and Kickboxing fighting techniques as part of the training. While those programs can get your heart rate up, they certainly won’t teach you what it feels like to really kick or punch something, or even how to do it properly.
In Fierce Fitness Kickboxing, not only do you get a fantastic aerobic workout, you also build strong, toned muscles, strengthen bones, improve balance & coordination and learn how to defend yourself using kicks, punches, elbows and knees.
Wish me luck….I am going to basically be working out, eating, sleeping and working for the next six weeks. But I am really excited for the energy and confidence this is going to help bring me!

Your going to KICK butt at this I just know it! Stick to it and you'll be in that beautiful dress in no time and basking on the beaches of Mexico!!!!
