From what she saw, the amniotic fluid looked great, his heart rate was perfect, and overall without the advanced machine, her view was that he is growing and doing well. The baby was head down and facing up towards my belly, which explains the little pitter patter kicks I get up towards my chest....it is always fun to figure out how he is positioned and what is going on!
I will be 28 weeks this Friday and they still need to do a more in depth ultrasound to ensure his growth is on target and that my cervical length is still nice and long. With the particular condition of my uterus, they are now starting to worry about early delivery and other such complications. So I was told I really need to take things easy and just pay attention to my body and symptoms from here forward.
I have another appointment on Friday morning to continue to monitor our little guy. I will post more updates at that time!
Here is a picture from the brief ultrasound they did this morning....not great, but it is better than nothing!

WOW!! That is a great profile/spinal shot! Baby Mo is lookin' good! Say, have you decided if you are going to do the 3-D or 4-D ultrasounds? I have never done one but heave heard WONDERFUL things about them!!
It must be so wonderful having such frequent ultrasounds-well it wouldn't be wonderful having the concern. But since it is going so great it's a nice plus!!
