Tonight I was motivated enough by my wonderful sister-in-law to hit the pavement and go for a run. Small steps, but I did a 2 mile run/walk up to the fairgrounds by our house and back. I personally don't feel like it was "good enough". But the fact that I went outside and did it is more than I have done in several months. I believe this will be the start on a road to getting my body where I want it! I have done several different workouts, but scattered since I delivered Keegan. We all know that non-consistency will not get me rock hard after baby abs.
