Peas are GOOD!
Saturday May 15th Aunt Jessica was over and we decided to see what Keegan thought about adding another food into his diet. So far he has had rice cereal....but we decided to add peas to see what he thought. See below for some of Keegan's many faces :

Keegan turned 5 months on May 8th!
Keegan turned 5 months old on Saturday May 8th, I can hardly believe how fast time is flying! It seems like just yesterday we were in the hospital with him. I hope it always stays this fun and new!
He recently acquired one of his first real colds, had to take him to the doctor and he is growing like a weed. He is already up to 16 pounds! At least we know that momma's milk isn't starving him any longer - phew!
Some of my favorite things:
The big grin I get when he wakes up in the morning.
The big grin I get when I pick him up from daycare.
His giggle is absolutely contagious!
All the snuggles.
Bath time.
When he rolls over from his back to his tummy and gets upset because he wants to crawl and just hasn't quite gotten there yet.
His admiration for Yo Gabba Gabba and Sesame Street
I love that he is such a good sleeper! (yes folks 9-12 hours a night w/o waking)
Well those are just to name a few, even though I can't think of one negative thing to say - this momma is just so proud of her little boy and loves every piece of him!

Look I Growl
So we have been teaching Keegan how to growl for some time now. However, as most of you know babies don't exactly do things on command. We got lucky tonight and were able to capture his growl attempts on camera.

Rice Cereal Is Good!
We decided to let Keegan try rice cereal a few weeks back. We aren't interested in fully giving him rice cereal or other food until he is 6 months. However, after his first try of rice cereal, I am confident he is going to be a wonderful eater. See the pictures below and see how excited he was.
